Big Lake North State Recreation Site: Located at the end of North Shore Drive; has 60 camp sites, 24 picnic sites, toilet facilities, drinking water, picnic shelters and a boat launch. NO alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Big Lake South State Recreation Site: Located off South Big Lake Road; has 20 camp sites, 10 picnic sites, toilet facilities, drinking water and a boat launch. NO alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Rocky Lake State Recreation Site: Located off Beaver Lake Road; has 10 camp sites, toilet facilities, drinking water and boat launch. Rocky Lake is closed to jet skis, jet boats and air boats.
Little Susitna River Public Use Facility: Located on the Little Susitna River at the end of the Ayrshire Road: has 145 camp sites, 41 picnic sites, toilet facilities, drinking water, boat launch and sanitary dump station.
Fish Creek Day Park: Located on South Big Lake Road, adjacent to the creek; has 7 picnic tables, a pavilion, physical fitness course, toilet facilites and a salmon viewing platform. Playground equipment was installed in the fall of 1996. Through an agreement with the Borough, the local Airmen's Association manages the park.
